RAPDOR#
Rapid ANOSIM using Probability Distance for estimatiOn of Redistribution (RAPDOR) is a package to identify changes in probability distribution profiles originating from two different conditions. The Key idea is to measure a probability distribution for each condition multiple times (replicates) and calculate a probability distance between each measurement. The resulting distance heatmap is used together with treatment labels to evaluate whether the treatment led to a shift in the distribution via either ANOSIM or PERMANOVA.
